Rating Agency Information means any information provided for the purpose of (a) determining the initial credit rating for the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics of the Receivables and the legal structure of the Offered Notes, and (b) undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics and performance of the Receivables.
Covered Rating Agency Information means any Provided Information furnished to the Rating Agencies in connection with issuing, monitoring and/or maintaining the Securities.
Rating Information means any information provided for the purpose of determining the initial credit rating for the Notes or undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Notes (as contemplated by paragraph (a)(3)(iii)(C) of Rule 17g-5).
Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The website established and maintained by the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider pursuant to Section 12.06 and Section 12.13 of this Agreement, initially located at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, under the “NRSRO” tab for the related transaction.
17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The 17g-5 Information Provider’s Internet website, which shall initially be located within the Certificate Administrator’s Website (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), under the “NRSRO” tab on the page relating to this transaction.
Servicer Information As defined in Section 12.07(a).
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY, currently at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/markets/autorates/sofr-avg-ind or at such other page as may replace such page on the FRBNY’s website.
Issuer Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof.

CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.
Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.
Rating Agency Communication means, with respect to any action and any Securitization, any written communication intended for a Rating Agency, which shall be delivered at least ten (10) Business Days prior to completing such action, in electronic document format suitable for website posting to the 17g-5 information provider under the applicable Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Rating Agencies means DBRS, Fitch, KBRA, Xxxxx’x, Morningstar and S&P and their respective successors in interest or, if any of such entities shall for any reason no longer perform the functions of a securities rating agency, any other nationally recognized statistical rating agency reasonably designated by any Note Holder to rate the securities issued in connection with the Securitization of the related Note; provided, however, that, at any time during which the Mortgage Loan is an asset of one or more Securitizations, “Rating Agencies” or “Rating Agency” shall mean only those rating agencies that are engaged from time to time to rate the securities issued in connection with the Securitizations of the Notes.
Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus. This indemnity agreement will be in addition to any liability that the Company might otherwise have.

Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;
Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.
Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.
Line Information Data Base (LIDB means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.

Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
Customer Usage Information means information regarding the historical electricity consumption of a Customer;
