Ratio Period definition

Ratio Period means each period of approximately 6 months covering two quarterly Accounting Periods of the Group ending on each date to which each set of financial statements required to be delivered under Section 4.03 (Reports) of Schedule 14 (Covenants) are prepared.
Ratio Period has the meaning given to it in Clause 17.1 (Financial definitions).
Ratio Period has the meaning given in Clause 17.3(b) (Calculation times and periods).

  • The Borrower shall provide the Bank, together with the Financial Statements specified in Section 13.1 above for each Ratio Period, a compliance certificate certified by the Auditors setting out in reasonable detail its calculation of and establishing its compliance with the Financial Covenants set out in Section 14 (Financial Covenants) for the previous Ratio Period .

  • For the purposes of Clause 17.2 (Financial ratios), Senior Debt for any Ratio Period will be calculated on the basis of Senior Debt outstanding on the last day of that Ratio Period.

  • Annualised EBITDA of the Borrower Group used in such calculations by subtracting the Annualised EBITDA attributable to persons or assets disposed of since the end of the Latest Ratio Period and the Annualised EBITDA attributable to the person or asset the subject of such disposal, in each case for the Latest Ratio Period, those financial ratios would not be breached.

Senior Debt means at any time, the consolidated Financial Indebtedness of the Borrower Group, excluding:
Ratio Period means any period of 15 consecutive business days for which the General Partner has determined that the BUCs Ratio has remained below 1.0.
Ratio Period means each period covered by the four consecutive quarterly Accounting Periods ending on the last day of a quarterly Accounting Period.
