Real estate company definition

Real estate company means a person licensed under Iowa Code chapter 543B or otherwise primarily engaged in acts constituting dealing in real estate as described in Iowa Code section 543B.6.
Real estate company means any corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership or other entity, including REITs, whether foreign or domestic, the primary object and purpose of which is the ownership, acquisition, disposition, management, development, promotion, sale, lease of, or investment in, real estate-related assets, including indebtedness secured by real estate-related assets.

  • Upon notice to Borrower after an Event of Default, Borrower at its own expense shall assemble all or any part of the Collateral or all or any part of the Real Estate Company Collateral constituting personal property as determined by Agent and make it available to Agent at the Facility or any location designated by Agent.

  • In such event, Borrower shall, at its sole cost and expense, store and keep any Collateral and/or Real Estate Company Collateral so assembled at such location pending further action by Agent and provide such security guards and maintenance services as shall be necessary to protect and preserve such Collateral and/or such Real Estate Company Collateral.
