Real Estate Expert definition

Real Estate Expert means either (i) an MAI real estate appraiser or (ii) a real estate broker with at least five (5) years full time commercial real estate leasing experience in the Seattle-Tacoma, Washington area immediately prior to his appointment, in either case (A) having a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the Seattle, Washington commercial real estate market, (B) who shall be familiar with the valuation of comparable projects and leasable space in the Seattle, Washington market, and (C) who shall otherwise be qualified to act as an expert witness over objection to give opinion testimony addressed to the issue in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Real Estate Expert means any other renowned independent real estate expert established in France or in Spain selected by the Issuer.

Examples of Real Estate Expert in a sentence

  • The third Real Estate Expert, however selected, shall be a person who has not previously acted in any capacity for either party during the twenty-four (24) month period preceding the appointment.

  • If the two Real Estate Experts are unable to agree on the third Real Estate Expert within such fifteen (15) day period, either of the parties to this Lease, by giving five (5) days’ notice to the other party, may apply to the then presiding judge of the Superior Court of King County for the selection of a third Real Estate Expert meeting the qualifications stated in this Section.

  • If the parties are unable to agree upon the Basic Rent for the Extension Term by the date which is four (4) months prior to the commencement of the Extension Term, then within fifteen (15) days thereafter each party, at its own cost and by giving notice to the other party, shall appoint a Real Estate Expert to set Basic Rent for the Extension Term.

  • Any bonus, retention award, or incentive compensation paid to the Executive during the TARP Covered Period is subject to recovery or “clawback” by the Company if the payments were based on statements of earnings, revenues, gains, or other criteria that are later found to be materially inaccurate and at the time the bonus, retention award or incentive compensation was paid the Executive was a Senior Executive Officer or Other Most Highly-Compensated Employee.

  • If each party shall have so appointed a Real Estate Expert, the two Real Estate Experts shall meet promptly and attempt to select a third Real Estate Expert meeting the qualifications herein stated within fifteen (15) days after the last day the second Real Estate Expert is appointed.

  • Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:

  • Real Estate means all Leases and all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.
