Real Estate Separation Date definition

Real Estate Separation Date means the Distribution Date, or such earlier date in accordance with the Separation Agreement and the Separation Step Plan (as defined in the Separation Agreement).
Real Estate Separation Date means (i) as to Properties located in [●], ___________, 202_, and (ii) as to Properties located in any country other than [●], ___________, 202_, in each case as such dates may be modified in accordance with the Separation Agreement and the Separation Step Plan (as defined in the Separation Agreement).
Real Estate Separation Date means September 1, 2021, as such date may be modified in certain countries in accordance with the Separation Agreement and the Separation Step Plan (as defined in the Separation Agreement).

  • Retention Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.
