Rebate or Kickback definition

Rebate or Kickback has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(t).

Related to Rebate or Kickback

  • Kickback, as used in this clause, means any money, fee, commission, credit, gift, gratuity, thing of value, or compensation of any kind which is provided to any prime Contractor, prime Contractor employee, subcontractor, or subcontractor employee for the purpose of improperly obtaining or rewarding favorable treatment in connection with a prime contract or in connection with a subcontract relating to a prime contract.

  • Rebate shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto in Article 10.3.4 of this Agreement;

  • Corrupt practices means the offering, giving, receiving or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a Government official in procurement process or in contract execution: and

  • Bribe means an inducement or reward offered, promised or provided in order to gain any commercial, contractual, regulatory or personal advantage; “to Bribe” and “Bribery” are construed accordingly.

  • corrupt practice means the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a public official in the procurement process or in contract execution.
