I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in activities conducted by Rebuilding Together Arlington/Fairfax/Falls Church, Inc.'s ("RT-AFF") in which the homes of low-income persons, nonprofit facilities serving people in need and community spaces will be repaired or renovated by volunteers (skilled and unskilled) (the “Program”).
I further agree that my participation in the project may be terminated at any time by Rebuilding Together.

For an employee to which this provision is applicable a monthly sum equal to the amount of fair share service fee shall be deducted and provided to one of the following four non-religious, non-labor charitable organizations of the employees choosing: o Berkeley Pledge o Rebuilding Together o California Special Olympics o Make a Wish Foundation This list of organizations can be changed through mutual agreement between the UNIVERSITY and the UNION.
