Repairs definition

Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

Repairs where used herein shall mean only such work as is necessary to maintain present equipment in a safe and serviceable condition and to adjust or replace defective, broken or worn parts, with parts made of equivalent material, strength and design, and where the replacing part performs the same function as the replaced part.

Repairs shall include replacements and renewals when necessary. All repairs made by Tenant shall utilize materials and equipment which are at least equal in quality and usefulness to those originally used in constructing the Building and the Premises.

Examples of Repairs in a sentence

• Repairs, maintenance and renovations to buildings that are conducted by the Homeowners Associations and by other private owners are out of our control.

• Repairs required because of technician negligence, detonation, sludge or carbon deposits caused by negligence, contamination, rust and corrosion caused by negligence, and/or operation without the proper lubrication levels or fluid type.

• Any claim for repairs without prior authorization from Us may be denied, with the exception of Emergency Repairs as defined in this section of the Contract.

• Repairs that are covered under a repairer’s guarantee or another Service Agreement Provider’s coverage, and/or repairs that are covered under an insurance policy, or a manufacturer and/or dealer customer assistance program or service agreement.

• Repairs required because You did not properly maintain Your Vehicle, as outlined in this Contract in “III.

More Definitions of Repairs

Repairs means those nonroutine/nonrepetitive activities required for operational continuity, safety and performance generally due to failure or to avert a failure of the equipment, sewer, vehicles or facilities or some component thereof.

Repairs shall include replacements and renewals when necessary.

Repairs shall have the meaning given such term in Section 7.6.

Repairs shall be deemed to include all necessary replacements.

Repairs means all works of every kind required to be executed during Operations Period to meet the O&M Requirements.
