Repairs beyond $500.00 will be pre-approved by Owner, with the exception of events Manager deems to be an “emergency”, as well as mechanical/HVAC/heating and air conditioning repairs requiring HVAC or mechanical contractors.
Repairs to telecommunications wiring, outlets and equipment within the Premises and specifically utilized by Provider shall be the sole responsibility of Provider.
Repairs and replacements required to be made by the Lessee shall be made promptly as and when necessary and shall be at least equal in quality of materials and workmanship to that originally existing in the Premises.
