Receipt Date definition

Receipt Date shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 2.06(c)(vi).
Receipt Date has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b).
Receipt Date has the meaning given in clause 12.4.

More Definitions of Receipt Date

Receipt Date means with respect to a Notice of Default, the earlier of:
Receipt Date means the date on which any Net Sale Proceeds to which paragraph (a) of Clause 11.5 (Mandatory prepayment — Net Sale Proceeds) applies (the “Relevant Net Sale Proceeds) have been received by any member of the Group.
Receipt Date means the earliest date on which a party or its Affiliate first becomes aware of the Adverse Event.
