Receivable File definition

Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File means, with respect to each Receivable, the following documents or instruments (but only to the extent applicable to such Receivable), which may be held in tangible paper form or electronic form:
Receivable File means, with respect to any Receivable, the electronic entries, documents, instruments and writings with respect to such Receivable specified in Section 2.5 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • In connection with each Transfer Date, the Seller shall deliver to the Custodian (and the Purchaser hereby directs the Seller to deliver, on its behalf, to the Custodian) the Receivable File (as defined in the Custodial Agreement) for each Transferred Receivable and the time, and in the manner, specified in Section 3 of the Custodial Agreement, and take all other actions required to satisfy the conditions specified in Section 2.3 (Conditions) below.

  • With respect to each Optional Repurchase Receivable or Affected Receivable to be repurchased or replaced by Seller pursuant to this Agreement, the Seller shall be responsible for requesting the release of the related Receivable File, pursuant to, and in accordance with, Section 7 (Release of Receivable Files) of the Custodial Agreement.

Receivable File means with respect to each Receivable:
Receivable File. The documents listed in Section 9.01 of the Servicing Agreement pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File has the meaning stated in Section 3.12(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Receivable File means the documents specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File. The documents listed in Section 2.04 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File means with respect to a Receivable, (i) the Installment Contract related to such Receivable, (ii) each UCC financing statement related thereto, if any, and (iii) the application, if any, of the related Obligor to obtain the financing extended by such Receivable; provided that such Receivable File may be converted to microfilm or other electronic media within six months after the Initiation Date for the related Receivable.
