Receivables Obligor definition

Receivables Obligor means with respect to any Receivable, the Person or Persons obligated to make payments with respect to such Receivable, excluding any Receivables Guarantor referred to in clause (a) of the definition of “Receivables Guarantor.”
Receivables Obligor means, with respect to any Receivable, the Person or Persons obligated to make payments with respect to such Receivable, including any guarantor thereof.
Receivables Obligor means an Account Debtor and any other Person obligated under any Receivable.
