Reckless operation means any person who shall operate any watercraft in such a manner as to endanger the life or limb, or damage the property of any person.
Reckless operation means the operation of a vehicle without the degree of care as a reasonably prudent person would have under similar circumstances. It is prima facie evidence of reckless operation to drive a vehicle in excess of twice the posted speed limit.
