Recognised Accountholder definition

Recognised Accountholder means an entity recognised as account holder in accordance with the Belgian Companies Code with whom a Bondholder holds Bonds on a securities account;
Recognised Accountholder means a member (affilié/aangesloten lid) referred to in the Belgian Royal Decree n°62, with whom a Bondholder holds Bonds on a securities account;
Recognised Accountholder means a member (aangesloten lid/afilié) referred to in the Belgian Companies and Associations Code with whom a Noteholder holds Notes on a securities account;

  • Such notice shall include a statement to the effect that Bonds must be held with or under the control of and blocked by a Recognised Accountholder for the purpose of obtaining Voting Certificates or appointing proxies, until three Business Days before the time fixed for the general meeting but not thereafter.
