Linked Account definition

Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, the Performance Guarantor, the Servicer, any Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.

Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account or other deposit account at any time linked to any of the Collection Accounts maintained at Truist Financial Corp. by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism.

Linked Account means an Account that you hold with us, which we allow you to link to another Account for the purpose of transferring funds between such Accounts;

Examples of Linked Account in a sentence

• Where this is required, you must have and maintain online banking access with the financial institution at which you hold your Linked Account.

• You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims by any person related to the Linked Account, including any other owner of the Linked Account.

• Requests for ACH Transfers to debit the Linked Account that are made after 4:00 PM CST on a business day or on a non-business day, shall be considered received the next business day.

More Definitions of Linked Account

Linked Account means any transactional account maintained by the Company with a financial institution or that provides financial data and is linked to or authorized for use through the Account. Notice means any physical or electronic communication or legal notices related to this Agreement that are provided to Company, Users, or Administrators through text or SMS, email, the Account, or by other means.

Linked Account means any business bank account held in Your, the corporate customer’s, name which You have authorised Pleo to access to allow Us to verify and analyse account balances, transactions and account information and/or to initiate transactions.
