Recognized Agent definition

Recognized Agent means an entity other than an Affiliate of BI through which BI regularly distributes and sells its products in a particular country or region.

Recognized Agent means any Third Party who distributes products directly to customers in countries where XYNOMICS has no Affiliate or Sublicensee.

Recognized Agent means an entity, other than an Affiliate of PPI or BI, as applicable, through which PPI or BI, as applicable, distributes and sells its products in a particular country or region.
