Reconciliation Billing Period definition

Reconciliation Billing Period has the meaning given to that term in Condition 22.6;
Reconciliation Billing Period has the meaning given to that term in Clause 23.5 (Calculation of Compensatory Interest Amount);
Reconciliation Billing Period has the meaning given to that term in Condition 22.6; “Reference CPI” means the most recently published CPI;

  • Unidentified Gas Reconciliation shall be carried out for each LDZ in respect of each Reconciliation Billing Period.

  • Where as a result of carrying out Individual NDM Reconciliation or DM Reconciliation a Reconciliation Value is Suppressed, neither the Suppressed Reconciliation Value nor the User Suppressed Reconciliation Value will be used for the purposes of calculating the relevant Invoice Items in a Reconciliation for the relevant Reconciliation Billing Period (Reconciliation Billing Period 'p').

  • Aggregate NDM Reconciliation will be carried out (for each LDZ in accordance with this paragraph 7) in respect of each Reconciliation Billing Period.

  • The Reconciliation Transportation Charge Adjustments relating to the Reconciliation Quantities calculated in accordance with paragraphs 7.5.3(a)(ii) and 7.5.3(b)(ii) shall be added to the Aggregate Reconciliation Transportation Charge Adjustments (for the relevant LDZ and relevant Individual Reconciliation Sector) in the Reconciliation Billing Period in which First Reconciliation occurs.

  • The Reconciliation Quantities calculated in accordance with paragraphs7.5.3(a)(ii) and 7.5.3(b)(ii) shall be added to the Aggregate Reconciliation Quantity (for the relevant LDZ and relevant Individual Reconciliation sector) in the Reconciliation Billing Period in which First Reconciliation occurs.

  • The Reconciliation Clearing Charge under paragraph 5.2.1(b) shall be treated as payable for the purposes of Unidentified Gas Reconciliation on the last Day in the relevant Reconciliation Billing Period.

Related to Reconciliation Billing Period

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Reconciliation Amount has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.9 of Schedule 9.1 (Financial and Other Consequences of Change);

  • Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.
