Record Label definition

Record Label means a **** meaningfully engaged in the business of developing, producing, distributing, and/or otherwise exploiting recorded music. “****” means recordings owned or controlled by, and delivered (whether directly or via an aggregator) by, **** in which Company or its Affiliates ****, but for the avoidance of doubt excluding ****, **** and any ****.
