Recoverable Legal Costs definition

Recoverable Legal Costs means all costs that an Independent Poultry Grower has paid or incurred for legal services or court costs in connection with any effort by Defendant to collect a Termination Payment or enforce a Termination Payment Obligation. Provided, however, that Recoverable Legal Costs do not include any costs that were advanced, paid, or reimbursed for an Independent Poultry Grower by or on behalf of a Poultry Processor, or its agent, representative, or affiliate.
