Redacted document definition

Redacted document means a copy of an original document in which items of information have been redacted.
Redacted document means any Document that contains a text box redaction over any portion of the Document, or contains other means to intentionally obscure any portion of the Document.

  • Ancillary Document has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.06(b).
