Redelivery Location definition

Redelivery Location means Schiphol Airport, The Netherlands.

Redelivery Location means a maintenance or storage facility in Mexico selected by Lessee or such other location as may be agreed by Lessor and Lessee;

• Provided Lessee has complied with its obligations under this Agreement, following redelivery of the Aircraft by Lessee to Lessor at the Redelivery Location, Lessor will deliver to Lessee an acknowledgement confirming that Lessee has redelivered the Aircraft to Lessor in accordance with this Agreement.

• Upon redelivery of the Aircraft to Lessor, an adjustment will be made in respect of fuel on board on the Previous Delivery Date and the Expiry Date at the price then prevailing at the Redelivery Location.

• Provided Lessee has complied with its obligations under this Agreement, following redelivery of the Aircraft by Lessee to Lessor at the Redelivery Location, Lessor shall deliver to Lessee an acknowledgement confirming that Lessee has redelivered the Aircraft to Lessor in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Redelivery Location

Redelivery Location means Mexico City International Airport, or such other airport in the continental United States of America as may be specified by Lessor.

Redelivery Location means (i) such location in the continental United States as Lessor may elect, or (ii) such other location as may be agreed in writing by Lessor and Lessee.

Redelivery Location means, with respect to any Item of Equipment that is to be returned by Obligor to Corporate Obligee, a location or locations designated by Corporate Obligee.

Redelivery Location means, with respect to any Item of Equipment that is to be returned by Lessee to Lessor, a location or locations within the United States designated by Lessor; provided that the total number of Redelivery Locations shall not exceed four (4) locations.

Redelivery Location means Reno/Tahoe International Airport, Reno, Nevada or such other location in the continental United States as may be mutually agreed to by the parties.

Redelivery Location means a location designated by Lessor within the United States of America.
