Redelivery Location definition

Redelivery Location means a maintenance or storage facility in Mexico selected by Lessee or such other location as may be agreed by Lessor and Lessee;

Redelivery Location means Schiphol Airport, The Netherlands.

• You shall redeliver the Yacht to the Owner in Delivery Condition (fair wear and tear excepted) on or before the Redelivery Date/Time at the Redelivery Location, or such other location as the Owner may (in its sole discretion) agree (" Redelivery").

• Notwithstanding any other provision hereof to the contrary, Lessee shall not be obligated to pay Rent in respect of any period after the date on which the Aircraft complies with theconditions set forth in Schedule 8 ( Redelivery Conditions) to be complied with at or immediately prior to redelivery and Lessee has tendered the Aircraft for redelivery to Lessor at the Redelivery Location in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Redelivery Location

Redelivery Location means (i) such location in the continental United States as Lessor may elect, or (ii) such other location as may be agreed in writing by Lessor and Lessee.

Redelivery Location means Mexico City International Airport, or such other airport in the continental United States of America as may be specified by Lessor.

Redelivery Location means, with respect to any Item of Equipment that is to be returned by Obligor to Corporate Obligee, a location or locations designated by Corporate Obligee.

Redelivery Location means, with respect to any Item of Equipment that is to be returned by Lessee to Lessor, a location or locations within the United States designated by Administrative Agent; provided that the total number of Redelivery Locations shall not exceed four (4) locations.

Redelivery Location means such airport in the continental United States of America as specified in writing by Lessor to Lessee no less than ten (10) Business Days prior to the Scheduled Termination Date, or such other location as may be agreed in writing by Lessor and Lessee prior to the Scheduled Termination Date for Return of the Aircraft.

Redelivery Location means the location designated by Lessor within the continental United States.
