If the Redemption Calculation Amount is less than the Calculation Amount of the Notes or the Capital Return Percentage is less than 100 per cent.
If “Secondary Currency Redemption Amount” or “Forward Rate” is specified to apply in the relevant Final Terms, an investor may obtain a lower Final Redemption Amount than if a spot conversion rate were used for the purposes of converting the Specified Currency into the Secondary Currency.In addition, if the Redemption Calculation Amount is less than the Calculation Amount of the Notes (each as specified in the relevant Final Terms), investors may receive less than the nominal amount of their investment.
