Redemption Cash Component definition

Redemption Cash Component shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d)(ii) hereof.
Redemption Cash Component means the funds that must be delivered by an Authorized Participant to the trustee in connection with any redemption in which treasuries are being delivered to make the Final Distribution and these treasuries, valued at their acquisition cost, represent a value in excess of the Per Share Underlying Value of the shares being redeemed.
Redemption Cash Component means the excess value, if any, that is delivered to a redeeming Authorized Participant due to minimum denomination restrictions on the treasuries.

Examples of Redemption Cash Component in a sentence

  • On the next Business Day that follows the Redemption Date, the redeeming Authorized Participant must transfer to the Trustee by 10:00 a.m., New York City Time, the requisite number of Paired Holding Shares constituting at least one MACRO Unit or integral multiples thereof, plus any applicable Redemption Cash Component, and provide written or electronic evidence of such deposit to the Administrative Agent in accordance with the Participants Agreement.

  • If the Trustee does not receive the requisite number and type of such securities and/or any designated Redemption Cash Component, the Trustee shall not settle the Redemption Order.

  • In the event that the redeeming Authorized Participants wish to present Tradeable Shares for redemption, such Authorized Participants must transfer the requisite number of Up-MACRO and Down-MACRO Tradeable Shares equivalent to one or more MACRO Units of Paired Holding Shares plus any applicable Redemption Cash Component, to the Trustee by 10:00 a.m. New York City Time, on the third Business Day following the Redemption Date.

  • In the event that the redeeming Authorized Participants wish to present Tradeable Shares for redemption, such Authorized Participants must transfer the requisite number of Down-MACRO and Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares equivalent to one or more MACRO Units of Paired Holding Shares plus any applicable Redemption Cash Component, to the Trustee by 10:00 a.m. New York City Time, on the third Business Day following the Redemption Date.

  • If the Trustee does not receive the requisite number and type of such securities or any designated Redemption Cash Component, the Trustee shall not settle the Redemption Order.

Related to Redemption Cash Component

  • Redemption Percentage means:·on any Redemption Order Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage:–the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Down MacroShares that are being redeemed and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Down MacroShares that are outstanding prior to the redemption, in the case of the Down MacroShares; and –the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Up MacroShares that are being redeemed and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Up MacroShares that are outstanding prior to the redemption, in the case of the Up MacroShares; or·on the Final Scheduled Termination Date or an Early Termination Date, a percentage equal to 100%.

  • Redemption Call Right has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Plan of Arrangement.

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the Notional Amount multiplied by:

  • Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.

  • Redemption Call Purchase Price has the meaning set out in Section 5.2(a).

  • Redemption Value means, in respect of a Unit, the price per Unit at which such Unit is redeemed, calculated in accordance with the Trust Deed.

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Redemption Limit means the sum of the Maximum Daily Redemption Limits applicable to the LS Margin Account Agreement relating to the ETP Securities.

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Early Redemption Factor (k) means the "Early Redemption Factor (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Gross Redemption Yield means a yield calculated in accordance with generally accepted market practice at such time, as advised to the Trustee by the Financial Adviser.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Prepayment Distribution Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Subordinate Certificates, under the applicable circumstances set forth below, the respective percentages set forth below:

  • Tax Event Redemption Price means an amount equal to the unpaid principal amount of this Note to be redeemed, which shall be determined by multiplying (1) the Outstanding Principal Amount of this Note by (2) the quotient derived by dividing (A) the outstanding principal amount to be redeemed by Principal Life of the Funding Agreement by (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Funding Agreement.

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Date means the date that falls twenty Business Days following the Valuation Date on which the Calculation Agent has determined the Final Preference Share Redemption Amount or, if earlier, the first Auto-Call Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred.

  • AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment with respect to any obligations of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, in each case to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code thereto.
