Redemption Conversion Price definition

Redemption Conversion Price means 80% multiplied by the average of the lowest VWAP during the fifteen (15) Trading Days immediately preceding the date the applicable Redemption Notice is delivered.
Redemption Conversion Price shall be defined as the average Volume Weighted Average Price for the 30 Scheduled Trading Days immediately preceding the Redemption Date.
