Redemption Conversion Price definition

Redemption Conversion Price means 80% multiplied by the lowest VWAP during the fifteen (15) Trading Days immediately preceding the date the applicable Redemption Notice is delivered.
Redemption Conversion Price shall be defined as the average Volume Weighted Average Price for the 30 Scheduled Trading Days immediately preceding the Redemption Date.
Redemption Conversion Price means eighty percent (80%) multiplied by the lowest daily VWAP during the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the applicable measurement date, subject to the Floor Price.

Redemption Conversion Price means with respect to the Holder Initial Redemption, that price which shall be computed as 95% of the arithmetic average of the Weighted Average Price of the Common Stock on each of the twenty consecutive Trading Days immediately preceding the applicable Holder Initial Redemption Date.
