Reduced Price definition

Reduced Price means the Open Market Value applying at the time of any subsequent sale less the Discount Percentage;

More Definitions of Reduced Price

Reduced Price means a price comprised in the range of (i) at the lowest the direct production costs (i.e. manufacturing costs excluding costs of research and development and excluding costs of intellectual property protection or royalties costs) and (ii) at the highest the direct production costs, plus a reasonable participation to research and development, not exceeding COGS + [***]%.
