Reference Offer definition

Reference Offer means the terms and conditions on which the Dominant Provider is willing to enter into an Access Agreement;
Reference Offer means a standard form Wholesale National Roaming Service agreement, which describes the relevant services offered broken down into components, and the associated terms and conditions, including charges.

Reference Offer means a written offer setting out the infrastructure to be shared on an active or passive basis, tariffs, terms and conditions as per the prescribed format in these regulations submitted to and approved by the Authority.

Identity of the Access SeekerDirect Wholesale Roaming Access Seeker is considered to be any undertaking which is entitled, under the law of the EU Member State, to provide roaming services to roaming customers in that Member State and thus receives the right to wholesale roaming access under the terms of Article 3 of the Roaming Regulation, in order to serve European roaming customers.Any undertaking entering Direct Wholesale Roaming Access agreements needs to be identifiable on a network level.
