Referral Codes definition

Referral Codes means unique offline alphanumeric codes that Clients may enter when opening a Client Account with Monecor; when properly entered, the Monecor system automatically logs the Referral Codes and records and identifies the Clients who enters the relevant Referral Code being solicited by and introduced and/or referred to the Monecor Websites by Affiliate;
Referral Codes means unique offline alphanumeric codes that Clients may enter when opening a Client Account with ETX; when properly entered, the ETX system automatically logs the Referral Codes and records and identifies the Clients who enters the relevant Referral Code being solicited by and introduced and/or referred to the ETX Websites by Affiliate;
Referral Codes when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean unique offline alphanumeric codes that Traders may enter when opening an Account with Traders Trust; when properly entered, the Traders Trust system automatically logs the Referral Codes and records and identifies the Traders who enters the relevant Referral Code being solicited by and introduced and/or referred to the Traders Trust Website(s) by Business Intermediary; in order to encourage potential Traders to use Referral Codes, extra trading credits or other Bonus Incentives may be given to Traders that enter Referral Codes;

Examples of Referral Codes in a sentence

  • Evaluate, review, approve and/or take final action on changes and/or amendments to existing Referral Codes as well as on the incorporation of other referral codes which are not yet expressly made part of this Code.

  • This includes but is not limited to posting Referral Codes on the Circles.Life Facebook Page, Instagram, Twitter and any other third-party website or page of which the Participant is not an owner of.

  • The revised school code means 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

  • Commercial Code means the French Commercial Code.

  • Uniform means outer garments, including appropriate work footwear, which are required to be worn exclusively while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position and which are different from the design or fashion of the general population. This definition includes items that serve to identify the person, agency, functions performed, position, or time in service. Unit 13 employees shall be responsible for the purchase of required uniforms as a condition of employment. Unit 13 employees shall wear their required uniforms only in an official capacity.

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • General Anti-Abuse Rule means (a) the legislation in Part 5 of the Finance Act 2013; and (b) any future legislation introduced into parliament to counteract tax advantages arising from abusive arrangements to avoid national insurance contributions;

  • Retirement system means a retirement plan or system that is established by or pursuant to title 38.

  • Model Code shall refer to the OEM code used to identify a particular subset of a Vehicle Model.

  • UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction.

  • IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • Adoption Agreement means the written agreement pursuant to which the Employer adopts the Plan. The Adoption Agreement is a part of the Plan as applied to the Employer.

  • MCIP Act means Title 4, Chapter 1, of the Code, and all future acts successor or supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof.

  • Designated Computer means the computers and the upgraded computers thereof installed in the offices of the Licensee.

  • Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

  • Metering Code means the Metering Code prepared by the Board andapproved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval of, or at the instance of, the Commission;
