Refinery Facilities definition

Refinery Facilities means all the facilities owned and operated by the Company located at the Refinery, and any associated or adjacent facility that is used by the Company to carry out the terms of this Agreement, excluding, however, the Crude Oil receiving and Products delivery facilities, pipelines, tanks and associated facilities owned and operated by the Company which constitute the Storage Facilities.
Refinery Facilities means those assets and facilities of Lessor or third parties that may be located on the Premises but are used in connection with the operation of the Refinery (as opposed to the delivery, storage and redelivery of crude oil, feedstocks and products to the Tanks) or are necessary in order for Lessor to provide the Lessor Services, including without limitation any (i) water lines water tanks and fire water systems; (ii) waste water facilities; (iii) control or maintenance buildings; (iv) Charge Pumps; (v) pressurized tanks (bullets and spheres); (vi) Refinery Pipelines; (vii) pipe racks that are not wholly located within the Premises; (viii) tanks not in hydrocarbon service; and (ix) electrical and IT/controls infrastructure.
Refinery Facilities has the meaning specified in the Supply and Offtake Agreement.

Refinery Facilities means the buildings, fixtures and improvements, including the operating control rooms, shelters, buildings, tanks, rail lines, pipelines, lab facilities, pump stations and other Refinery Equipment that are located on the Refinery Real Property Interests and the appurtenances thereto, but excluding (i) power lines, pipelines, telephone lines and other improvements and fixtures owned by public utilities furnishing utilities to the Refinery Real Property Interests and (ii) rail lines, pipelines and other improvements and fixtures owned by Third Parties and located on existing easements for such purpose which encumber the Refinery Real Property Interests.
Refinery Facilities means (i) the refinery and related facilities located in part in the E/2 SE/4 of Section 24, T. 9 N., R. 56 E., M.D.M., County of Nye, State of Nevada, and sometxxxs referred to as the Eagle Springs Refinery, and (ii) the refinery and related facilities located in part on 63 acres within or adjacent to the Tonopah Airport, County of Nye, State of Nevada.
Refinery Facilities means all Facilities associated with, related to or used in connection with the Refinery or the Refinery Business, including without limitation, the processing units, shipping facilities and terminals described on Schedule 1.01.
