Regional Clerk definition

Regional Clerk means the Regional Clerk of The Regional Municipality of York;
Regional Clerk and “Clerk” means the Clerk of the Region appointed under the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and shall include thean “Acting RegionalDeputy Clerk” and any other employee of the Regional Corporation to whom the Regional Clerk has delegated any of the Clerk’s powers and duties under the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, to the extent that they are authorized to perform any of the duties of the Clerk under this by-law.
Regional Clerk means the Clerk of Halton Region.
