Registered agent address means the street address and, if different, the mailing address of the registered agent's primary residence in this state or usual place of business in this state if the registered agent is an individual, or of the registered agent's usual place of business in this state if the registered agent is an entity.

SPECIFICALLY AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE TERM “USUAL PLACE OF BUSINESS” DOES NOT INCLUDE A U.S. POST OFFICE BOX OR A COMMERCIAL POST OFFICE BOX REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY MAY ALSO HAVE A STREET ADDRESS.
