Registered athletic trainer definition

Registered athletic trainer means a person who is registered in accordance with ORS 688.720. [1999 c.736 §1]

  • Athletic trainer means an athletic trainer licensed

  • Athletic training means the application of principles and methods of conditioning, the prevention, immediate care, recognition, evaluation, assessment, and treatment of athletic and orthopedic injuries within the scope of education and training, the organization and administration of an athletic training program, and the education and counseling of athletes, coaches, family members, medical personnel, and communities, and groups in the area of care and prevention of athletic and orthopedic injuries.   • Registered professional nurse means that term as defined in section 17201 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.17201.

  • Registered lobbyist means a person registered under Title 36, Chapter 11,

  • Non-Participating Registered Surgical Assistant means a Registered Surgical Assistant who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • registered auditor means a person as defined in terms of the Auditing Professions Act, 20015((Act No. 26 of 2005);

  • Registered Professional means a professional registered or licensed by and in the State of Florida and practicing under Chapter 471, 472, 481, or 492, F.S.

  • Trainer means a dentist whose name is included in sub-part A of the first part of the dental list who employs a trainee as an assistant in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Determination;

  • registered premises means a location that is licensed pursuant to this chapter and includes:

  • registered medical practitioner means a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50];

  • Alcohol training and education seminar means a seminar that is:

  • registered trade union means a trade union registered under The Trade Unions Act, 1926 (16 of 1926);

  • Student athlete means an individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any intercollegiate sport. If an individual is permanently ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport, the individual is not a student-athlete for purposes of that sport.

  • Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.
