Registrar Contact means a contract between CMBI and a Registrar Company (and as the same may be amended from time to time) containing, inter alia, the contractual provisions described at paragraphs (a)-(e) on pps. 5-6 of the No-Action Letter. (h) "Russian Security" shall mean a Security issued by a Russian issuer. • For the administration of the domain names the Registrar can check via the Interface all the personal data of contact persons who are entered in the Registry’s database in connection with domain names for which the Registrar is listed as Registrar Contact in the Registry’s database.

• The Registrar is responsible to the Registry for compliance with the data maintenance obligation according to Section 2.5 GTC regarding all domain names for which the Registrar is listed as Registrar Contact in the Registry database.
