Registrar Functions definition

Registrar Functions means the functions with regard to:
Registrar Functions means the functions with regard to: a) maintaining the Register, including keeping a record of change of addresses/other particulars of the Unit Holder(s); b) issuing account statements to the Unit Holder(s); c) issuing Certificates; d) canceling old Certificates on redemption or replacement thereof; e) processing of applications for issue, redemption, transfer and transmission of Units, recording of pledges, liens and changes in the data with regard to the Unit Holder(s); f) issuing and dispatching of Certificates; g) Dispatching income distribution warrants, and bank transfer intimation and distributing bonus Units or partly both and allocating Units to Holders on re-investment of dividends; and h) Maintaining record of lien/pledge/charge on units, transfer/switching of units, Zakat.
