Registrar Services definition

Registrar Services means services provided by a registrar in connection with a TLD as to which it has an agreement with the TLD's Registry Operator, and includes contracting with Registered Name Holders, collecting registration data about the Registered Name Holders, and submitting registration information for entry in the Registry Database.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Registrar shall hold the LBDR harmless from any claims, losses or damages which may arise as a result of the suspension of its Accreditation pursuant to this Paragraph 2.2; regardless of the LBDR’s decision to provide Registrar Services to Registrar’s Customers and/or Registrants or not.

More Definitions of Registrar Services

Registrar Services means the provision of the services by a registrar in respect of Designated Domain Name Categories, including, without limitation, the services of registering, maintaining, transferring, modifying, renewing and cancelling a Domain Name registrations with HKIRC in accordance with the Agreement and the Related Documents.

Registrar Services refers to provision of the services by Accredited Registrars as set out in this Agreement.
