Registrar Services means the services subject to this Agreement provided by a registrar in connection with a gTLD, and includes contracting with Registered Name Holders, collecting registration data about the Registered Name Holders, and submitting registration information for entry in the Registry Database.

• Registrar shall also comply with the Uniform Rapid Suspension (“URS”) procedure or its replacement, as well as with any other applicable dispute resolution procedure as required by a Registry Operator for which Registrar is providing Registrar Services.

More Definitions of Registrar Services

Registrar Services means the provision of the services by a registrar in respect of Designated Domain Name Categories, including, without limitation, the services of registering, maintaining, transferring, modifying, renewing and cancelling a Domain Name registrations with HKIRC in accordance with the Agreement and the Related Documents.

Registrar Services refers to provision of the services by Accredited Registrars as set out in this Agreement.

Registrar Services means the services to be performed by the Registrar in terms of these Regulations which services allow the registration and management of Domain Names in SLDs;
