Registry-‐Level Fees. (a) Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-‐level fee equal to (i) the registry fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the registry-‐level transaction fee (collectively, the “Registry-‐Level Fees”). The registry-‐level transaction fee will be equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-‐accredited registrar to another, each a “Transaction”), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$0.25; provided, however that the registry-‐level transaction fee shall not apply until and unless more than 50,000 Transactions have occurred in the TLD during any calendar quarter or any consecutive four calendar quarter period in the aggregate (the “Transaction Threshold”) and shall apply to each Transaction that occurred during each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has been met, but shall not apply to each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has not been met. Registry Operator’s obligation to pay the quarterly registry-‐level fixed fee will begin on the date on which the TLD is delegated in the DNS to Registry Operator. The first quarterly payment of the registry-‐level fixed fee will be prorated based on the number of calendar days between the delegation date and the end of the calendar quarter in which the delegation date falls.
(b) Subject to Section 6.1(a), Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-‐Level Fees on a quarterly basis to an account designated by ICANN within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the invoice provided by ICANN.
Registry-‐Level Fees. Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a Registry-Level Fee equal to
(i) the Registry Fixed Fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the Registry-Level Transaction Fee. The Registry-Level Transaction Fee will be equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-accredited registrar to another, each a “Transaction”), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$0.25, provided, however that the Registry-Level Transaction Fee shall not apply until and unless more than 50,000 domain names are registered in the TLD and shall apply thereafter to each Transaction. Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-Level Fees on a quarterly basis comprised of four equal payments by the 20th day following the end of each calendar quarter (i.e., on April 20, July 20, October 20 and January 20 for the calendar quarters ending March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31) of the year to an account designated by ICANN.
Registry-‐Level Fees. Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-level fee equal to (i) the “Registry Fixed Fee” of US$6,250 per calendar quarter by the 20th day following the end of each calendar quarter (i.e., on January 20, April 20, July 20, and October 20), (ii) the Registry-Level Transaction Fee (as defined below), (iii) the Sync Transaction Fee (as defined below) and (iv) the Variable Registry-Level Fee (as defined in Section 7.2(b) below) (collectively subclauses (i)-(iv), the “Registry-Level Fees”). Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a “Registry-Level Transaction Fee” equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-accredited registrar to another), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$0.25. Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-Level Transaction Fee by the 20th day following the end of each calendar quarter (i.e., January 20, April 20, July 20, and October 20 for the calendar quarters ending December 31, March 31, June 30, and September 30) of the year to an account designated by ICANN. For each domain name registration in the TLD for which a registrar extends the registration term pursuant to the Registry Operator’s Consolidate/Sync Service (“Sync Service”) (referenced in Appendix 9 (Approved Services)) on or after the Effective Date, Registry Operator shall pay ICANN an additional fee, prorated from the amount of US$0.25, based on the number of days the domain name registration is extended past its expiry date through the Sync Service (“Sync Transaction Fee”). Registry Operator shall pay ICANN the Sync Transaction Fee by the 20th calendar day following the end of the calendar quarter in which the Sync Services occurred (i.e., January 20, April 20, July 20, and October 20).
Registry-‐Level Fees. As of the Effective Date, Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a Registry-Level Transaction Fee equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-accredited registrar to another), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$0.25. Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-Level Transaction Fee by the 20th day following the end of each calendar quarter (i.e., on April 20, July 20, October 20 and January 20 for the calendar quarters ending March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31) of the year to an account designated by ICANN. For the calendar quarter ending December 31, 2012, Registry Operator shall pay an amount equal to the prorated “ICANN Fixed Registry Fee” that would have otherwise been due for the quarter under the Registry Agreement dated March 1, 2006 by and between ICANN and Registry Operator, as amended, plus the prorated Registry-Level Transaction Fee under this Agreement for the period from the Effective Date through December 31, 2012.
Registry-‐Level Fees. (i) Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-level fee equal to
(1) the registry fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (2) the registry-level transaction fee (collectively, the “Registry-Level Fees”); provided, however, that until the effective date of the first adjustment to the amount of the registry-level transaction fees pursuant to Section 7.2(b) or Section 7.2(c), the (x) registry fixed fee under clause (1) shall not be payable by Registry Operator and (y) total Registry-Level Fees owed by Registry Operator under clause (2) shall in no event be less than US$90,000 per rolling twelve month period. The registry-level transaction fee will be equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-accredited registrar to another, each a “Transaction”), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$2.00 (as it may be adjusted pursuant to Section 7.2(b) or Section 7.2(c)). For purposes of this Section 7.2, a “domain name registration" shall include a domain name within the registry for the TLD, whether consisting of two or more (e.g., xxxx.xxx.xxxx) levels, about which Registry Operator. or an affiliate of Registry Operator on behalf of Registry Operator, maintains Registry Data.
(ii) Subject to Section 7.2(a)(i), Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-Level Fees on a quarterly basis to an account designated by ICANN within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the invoice provided by ICANN.
Registry-‐Level Fees. Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a Registry-Level Fee equal to
(i) the Registry Fixed Fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the Registry-Level Transaction Fee. The Registry-Level Transaction Fee will be equal to the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN-accredited registrar to another, each a “Transaction”), during the applicable calendar quarter multiplied by US$0.25; provided, however that the Registry-Level Transaction Fee shall not apply until and unless more than 50,000 domain names are registeredTransactions have occurred in the TLD during any calendar quarter or any four calendar quarter period (the “Transaction Threshold”) and shall apply thereafter to each Transaction that occurred during each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has been met, but shall not apply to each quarter in which the Transaction Threshold has not been met.
(a) In connection with using the Domain Services, NBR shall provide you a user interface on the Site or email address (an “Administrative Interface”) where you can set registration fees for each TLD in use with our Domain Services (for each TLD, a “SLD Registration Fee”), subject to any mandatory minimums required and any other rules by NBR as set forth in your Administrative Interface. The amount of Registry-Level Fees (as defined below) that you are entitled to under this Agreement shall be based on the value of your SLD Registration Fees less $1 for each SLD registered.
(b) NBR shall pay you a registry-level fee equal to the registry-level transaction fee (the “Registry-Level Fees”). The registry-level transaction fee for each TLD in use with our Domain Services will be equal to the product obtained by multiplying (x) the number of annual increments of an initial or renewal domain name registration (at one or more levels, and including renewals associated with transfers from one registrar to another, each a “Transaction”) during the applicable month by (y) the aggregated Adjusted SLD Registration Fees for such TLD in an applicable month, all subtracted by (z) the total number of SLDs registered.
(i) To illustrate how the Registry-Level Fees are calculated consider the following example. You set a SLD Registration Fee of $10.00 for a TLD to be offered to end users using our Domain Services. NBR requires a SLD Registration Fee of $1.00. In the first month following your listing of the TLD using our Domain Services, 50 second-level domains are registered on an annual basis. For that month, the Registry-Level Fees you would be entitled to earn would be $450.00, equal to 50 (the number of SLD registrations) x $9.00 (the Adjusted SLD Registration Fee after deducting the $1 SLD Registration Fee).
(ii) You acknowledge and agree that, if your SLD Registration Fee is equal to any mandatory minimum SLD Registration Fee required by NBR that no Registry-Level Fees for that TLD would be earned based on the calculation described in this Article 6.1.
(c) NBR shall pay the Registry-Level Fees on a monthly basis to your Namebase account associated with the TLD(s) within thirty (30) days following the end of the calendar month in which Registry-Level Fees are accrued and payable. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed between you and NBR, NBR shall pay the Registry-Level Fees in HNS at the then applicable USD exchange rate on the Namebase Pro exchange immediately prior to dis...

For calendar quarters during which the average annual price of registrations is less than US$5.00, the Transaction Fee will be decreased by US $0.01 for each US$0.20 decrease in the average annual price of registrations below $5.00, down to a minimum of US$0.01 per transaction. For calendar quarters during which the average annual price of registrations is greater than US$5.00, the Transaction Fee will be increased by US $0.01 for each US$0.20 increment in the average annual price of registrations above $5.00.
