Regular Classes definition

Regular Classes means the classes to which the student has been assigned by the school where the student is enrolled.
Regular Classes means the classes to which the student has been assigned by the school where the student is enrolled. – A student attends regular classes if the student misses no more than ten (10) consecutive instructional days over the period of the school year. An LEA may create a policy stating that the definition of regular classes also includes students who miss no more than an aggregate of ten (10) instructional days over the period of the school year.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.
