Regular Nurse is a Nurse who occupies a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time position as an employee of the Employer.
Regular Nurse is a nurse who is employed by Hospital on a full-time or part- time basis. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, only regular nurses qualify for any of the benefits under the remaining provisions of this Agreement, except those specifically applicable to per diem or relief employees.
