Regulated Insurance Entity means any entity engaged in the business of insurance and subject to registration, licensing, regulation and/or supervision by an Insurance Regulatory ​ ​ Authority and includes, without limitation, HOAIC, PRMS, the Reciprocal Exchange, Homeowners of America MGA, Inc. and Elite Insurance Group, Inc.
