Regulatory Condition definition

Regulatory Condition. ’ means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, that CSG is, and will be immediately after the relevant payment of interest, in compliance with all applicable minimum regulatory capital adequacy requirements of the National Regulations; and
Regulatory Condition means that CSG, on a consolidated (Finanzgruppe) basis, is, and will be immediately after payment, in compliance with all applicable capital adequacy requirements of the National Regulations.
Regulatory Condition has the meaning set forth in Exhibit A.

  • All Requisite Regulatory Approvals shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired, and no such Requisite Regulatory Approval shall have resulted in the imposition of any Materially Burdensome Regulatory Condition.

  • None of the Requisite Regulatory Approvals shall have resulted in the imposition of a Materially Burdensome Regulatory Condition.

Regulatory Condition means a condition of an in-principle approval or a work pass that —

Regulatory Condition. ’ means that the Bank, on both an unconsolidated (Stammhaus) basis and a consolidated (Finanzgruppe) basis, is, and will be immediately after payment, in compliance with all applicable regulatory capital requirements of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission.
