Regulatory Guidance definition

Regulatory Guidance means formal guidance of any Relevant Authority, including:
Regulatory Guidance means any guidance, advice or recommendations issued by a Regulatory Agency.
Regulatory Guidance means any guidance issued by the Authority for the purpose of this Condition after consulting the Licensee of each PES Distribution Business; and
