The Builder shall act in good faith and on an open book basis to implement modifications requested by the Buyer, and/or any modifications required to be made under Clause 2 which are occasioned by any changes in the Class Rules or in any of the Regulatory Rules after the Effective Date, subject to the Buyer agreeing to necessary modifications to the Contract Price, the Delivery Date and any other relevant provisions of this Contract.
