Regulatory Rules definition

Regulatory Rules means all corporate and securities laws, regulations, rules, policies, notices, instruments and other orders of any kind whatsoever which may, from time to time, apply to the implementation, operation or amendment of this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder including, without limitation, those of the applicable Regulatory Authorities.
Regulatory Rules means the rules of the Regulators or other laws, rules, codes, guidelines, circulars and regulatory directions issued by the Regulators from time to time;
Regulatory Rules has the meaning given in Article 1, Clause 4.3;

  • The Builder shall act in good faith and on an open book basis to implement modifications requested by the Buyer, and/or any modifications required to be made under Clause 2 which are occasioned by any changes in the Class Rules or in any of the Regulatory Rules after the Effective Date, subject to the Buyer agreeing to necessary modifications to the Contract Price, the Delivery Date and any other relevant provisions of this Contract.
