Reimbursement Credit definition

Reimbursement Credit means a Discovery Reimbursement Credit, a POC Reimbursement Credit or a Post-POC Reimbursement Credit.
Reimbursement Credit has the meaning given to it in clause 17.5 (Reimbursement of Termination Payments);
