REIT Unit definition

REIT Unit means a unit of beneficial interest in the Centurion Apartment REIT (other than a Special Voting Unit and the Initial Unit) authorized and issued hereunder as such and for the time being outstanding and includes a fraction of a unit and any other classes of units authorized by the Trustees as such.
REIT Unit means a trust unit of the REIT (other than a Special Voting Unit) authorized and issued under the REIT Deed of Trust for the time being outstanding and entitled to the benefits and subject to the limitations set forth therein;

More Definitions of REIT Unit

REIT Unit means a trust unit of the REIT authorized and issued under the Declaration of Trust, and having the attributes corresponding in all material respects to the descriptions thereof in this Agreement and in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus and any Amendment and includes, for certainty, the Offered Units;
REIT Unit means the trust units of Granite REIT.
REIT Unit means a unit representing an interest in the Trust (other than a Special Voting Unit) authorized and issued hereunder and having the characteristics and properties set out in Section 6.2;
