REIT Shares definition

REIT Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the OP Agreement.
REIT Shares and "REIT Shares Amount" with respect to the General Partner shall apply only with reference to the Company.

  • The Survivor shall in good faith arrive at a new method for the calculation of the Cash Amount, the REIT Shares Amount and Conversion Factor for a Partnership Unit after any such merger or consolidation so as to approximate the existing method for such calculation as closely as reasonably possible.

REIT Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
REIT Shares means the Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, or the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the REIT.
REIT Shares means shares of the common stock of the Inland REIT and any successor security or interest.
