REIT Shares definition

REIT Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the OP Agreement.

REIT Shares means shares of common stock in the Company.

REIT Shares means shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Summit REIT (or Successor Entity, as the case may be).

More Definitions of REIT Shares

REIT Shares means shares of Class A Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share, of the Company.

REIT Shares and "REIT Shares Amount" with respect to the General Partner shall apply only with reference to the Company.
