Rejected Payment definition

Rejected Payment means any payment in respect of which eFlow has not been credited with the amount of such payment.
Rejected Payment. - means any payment/reload which was not accepted for any reasonand not received by or settled to an Account.
Rejected Payment means a Payment which is rejected for any reason and not received by Eurolink.

Examples of Rejected Payment in a sentence

  • In the event that any check is returned by the financial institution, or a credit card is declined, Client must arrange for alternate payment within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and will be responsible for the Rejected Payment Fee (see the Miscellaneous Fees section of the Wedding Package Pricing document for details).

Related to Rejected Payment

  • Specified Payment means any Permitted Acquisition, Investment, loan, advance, incurrence of or payment with respect to Indebtedness or other transaction made subject to satisfaction of the Payment Conditions or any component thereof.

  • Required Payment shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 4.04.
