The Guarantors, prior to the payment in full of the Obligations and the termination of all financing arrangements among the Borrower and the Lenders, shall have no right to enforce any claim with respect to the Subordinated Debt, including, without limitation, any Permitted Payment, or otherwise to take any action against the borrower or the Borrower’s Property without the Administrative Agent’s prior written approval.
If the amount on deposit in the Restricted Cash Account on a Determination Date is not sufficient to pay in full the aggregate Permitted Payment Date Withdrawals referred to in this Section 306(b), then the amount of funds then available in the Restricted Cash Account will be allocated among the various Series on a pro rata basis in proportion to the amount of their respective Permitted Payment Date Withdrawals.
Thereafter, payments will commence and continue in accordance with this Agreement until paid in full; provided that any payment that is delayed pursuant to the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence shall instead be paid in a lump sum (subject to all applicable withholding) promptly following the Permitted Payment Date.

The Borrower, in its sole discretion, may classify and reclassify any Investment or other Restricted Payment or Permitted Payment as being made in part under one of the provisions of this covenant (or in the case of any Investment, the clauses or subclauses of Permitted Investments) and in part under one or more other such provisions (or, as applicable, clauses or subclauses).
