Related Devices definition

Related Devices means realistic replicas of firearms, including such replicas sold or traded as “toys” (other than transparent, brightly colored water guns), paintball guns, BB or pellet rifles and pistols, sling shots, bows and arrows, and crossbows and bolts.

Related Devices means those parts, attachments, or accessories typically sold with hearing aids. The term includes assistive devices, but does not include general merchandise such as cleaners, cords, or batteries that are commonly available at most retail stores.

  • HIFU Subsidiary hereby grants HT Prostate, and HT Prostate hereby accepts, an exclusive, royalty-bearing, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the trademarks, proprietary names and other marks set forth in Schedule A (the “Ablatherm Related Marks”) in the Territory during the term of this Agreement solely for the purpose of marketing, distributing and providing services for the Products and Ablatherm Related Devices as permitted herein.

HT Prostate shall use the Ablatherm Related Marks in the same style, typeface and graphic appearance as specified by HIFU Subsidiary, unless otherwise approved in writing by HIFU Subsidiary.

  • The subject matter of this Participating Addendum is the purchase of Copiers, Printers and Related Devices, pursuant the Nevada NASPO ValuePoint (formerly WSCA-NASPO) State Cooperative Contract Number 3091 for Copiers, Printers and Related Devices, (hereinafter the “Master Agreement”), which is hereby incorporated by reference and shall apply to purchases made under this Participating Addendum.
