Related Eligible Event definition

Related Eligible Event means, in relation to any particular Program Claimant, the alleged Eligible Event referred to in Section 17.1.22.3, as specified in the Registration Affidavit submitted (or, if no such Registration Affidavit is submitted, in the Enrollment Form submitted) in relation to such Program Claimant (which specification shall be irrevocable for purposes of this Agreement). It is understood and agreed that, subject only to Section 3.5, if such Program Claimant’s Product User alleges to have suffered both an MI and an IS, and/or multiple MIs and/or multiple ISs, such Program Claimant nonetheless will be required to specify (as set forth in the preceding sentence) a single MI or IS to be the exclusive basis of such Program Claimant’s Program Claim.
