Related Exchangeable REMIC Class. As to any Exchangeable Class, each Exchangeable REMIC Class included in the same Combination Group.
Class X-D Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-12 hereto.
Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.
Uncertificated REMIC 1 Pass-Through Rate With respect to each REMIC 1 Regular Interest and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans, weighted on the basis of the Stated Principal Balances thereof as of the close of business on the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.
Class D Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class D” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class LB Uncertificated Interest An uncertificated regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and having the Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount and per annum rate of interest set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Class A-AB Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto.
Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The account or accounts created and maintained as a separate account (or separate sub-account within the same account as the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2020-GC46, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2020-GC46, and the Uncertificated VRR Interest Owner, Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account. The Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Lower-Tier REMIC.
Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date and (i) REMIC II Regular Interests LT1 and LT2, the REMIC II Net WAC Rate, (ii) REMIC II Regular Interest LT3, zero (0.00%), (iii) REMIC II Regular Interest LT4, twice the REMIC II Net WAC Rate, and (iv) REMIC II Regular Interest LT-IO, the excess of (i) the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for REMIC I Regular Interests ending with the designation "A", over (ii) 2 multiplied by Swap LIBOR. Underwriter: Residential Funding Securities, LLC.
Class A-SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-SB” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained as a separate trust account (or separate sub-account within the same account as the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc., Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-P3, Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account.
Class LC Uncertificated Interest An uncertificated regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and having the Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount and per annum rate of interest set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.
Class B Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class B-1 Certificate, Class B-2 Certificate or Class B-3 Certificate.
Underlying REMIC Certificates The REMIC Certificates held in the Trust and evidencing beneficial interests in the REMIC Trust. US Bank: U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association.
Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans in effect for the scheduled Monthly Payments due on such Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period.
Class X-B Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-7 hereto.
Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests The Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests Z together with the interests identified in the table below, each representing an undivided beneficial ownership interest in REMIC I, and having the following characteristics:
Notional Certificate Any Class A-IO Certificate.
Class LD Uncertificated Interest An uncertificated regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and having the Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount and per annum rate of interest set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Class LE Uncertificated Interest An uncertificated regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and having the Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount and per annum rate of interest set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
LIBOR Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.
Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class D Certificates “Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.
Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.
