Related Guarantee definition

Related Guarantee means that certain “Guarantee (J▇▇▇ Guest)” entered into by the Guarantor in favor of the Lender upon the occurrence of a Trigger Event (as defined in the Related Guarantee), together with all substitutions, modifications and amendments.
