For the avoidance of doubt, if Company shall issue new “Series B Equipment Notes” or “Additional Series Equipment Notes” of any Series or new “Additional Series Equipment Note” of any Series, in each case under any Related Indenture, the Company may, but shall not be required to, issue, as the case may be, new Series B Equipment Notes or Additional Series Equipment Notes of the same Series or new Additional Series Equipment Notes of the same Series, in each case under this Indenture.

Nothing in this Indenture, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give any Person other than the Company, the Noteholders, the Loan Trustee, the other Indenture Indemnitees, the Related Loan Trustees and the Related Indenture Indemnitees any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture, except that the Persons referred to in the second to last full paragraph of Section 7.02(a) shall be third party beneficiaries of such paragraph.
Subject to Section 10.01 hereof, no Related Indenture Indemnitee shall, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Collateral when and if all Related Secured Obligations have been paid in full.
The Indenture creates in favor of the Loan Trustee, for the benefit of the Noteholders, the Indenture Indemnitees and the Related Indenture Indemnitees, a valid and (subject to the filings and registrations referred to in Section 4.01(e)) perfected Lien on the Aircraft purported to be subjected to the Lien of the Indenture on the Closing Date, subject to no equal or prior Lien, except Permitted Liens.
